| with the Ash Spec electric fan and then put the stock mechanical fan back on and the issue went away. I have stayed out of the posts purposely because I can't speak from personal experience --so my thoughts are worthless ..but it seems to me that if the a car had no overheating issues with the mechanical fan --then overheating issues with the electric fan setup ..and then none again with the stock setup ..then there is inherently a disadvantage going with the electric fan ( or the install ) ... otherwise ..it is the car ... I know that I sold over 25 - 30 of those fans and only Woody ( Colorado - who has a FMIC ) claimed to have issues due to the fan ... I don't want to start another bashing post -- but they way to test / validate the setup is the way I described it above ....assuming that the install is done correctly .. Has anyone done the a test using that method ? If not --all the comments about the fan to me is yada yada yada ..
